We are open every day to visitors from 10-2 and again from 5-6pm

We must thank our friends at MyNerja.com for their help in setting up the website. Please take a look at their site and take a look at the page they have for the donkeys too. They also have information on the donkeys second favourite food, after carrots…tapas!

I loved the donkeys and they were being looked after so well. The work that they are doing is great. The web site is brilliant.

Your work is fantastic ! The new website is really good, just missing pictures of all the donkeys you have now in the sanctuary and not only the ones you can adopt : ) and also missing a bit info of how mistreated these donkeys are and why its so important to help them

Hola!! We hope David the donkey is well and is being good for his mommy.
We love to visit the santuary when we visit Nerja every year and were very happy to adopt baby David this year!

Loving the new website! We’re out in Nerja at the end of August and we always visit the sanctuary at least once – looking forward to seeing you all again!
We are coming to live in nerja, from next month ( all being well with our house sale ); i am sure Jo will be down to make a fuss of the animals.
